Each market is unique involving specific organisations. Nothing can be replicated in environmental terms.
It is, therefore, essential to locate, identify and understand the players, their contexts, their motivation and their culture so that they take part in building the network and are thus able to preserve the important social balances.
If all the players are involved in organising and coordinating it, the End-of-Life Vehicle (ELV) sector can become a value chain and contribute to the implementation of a real ecosystem, which creates eco-industrial jobs which cannot be relocated.
